OUR EDUCATORS

Early childhood centers are only as good as the educators in the classroom and those who manage the center. This fact drives us to find only the best educators who have a loving, nurturing nature with young children. 

• Children’s Choice educators typically have two- or four-year degrees with successful teaching experience. They must pass a drug test and a national third party background check that includes a national registry search for any offenses against children.
  
  
• Educators must complete new employee training which includes CPR and first aid, safety and security, and Children’s Choice policies and procedures.
