In addition to the full-service referral service, we offer an Internet referral service where employees have the option to personally search our company's database through a password-protected Internet site. The Internet referral service allows employees to access child care resources throughout the state, and elder care resources across the country, directly from their workplace or home computer.

The Internet resource and referral service permits employees to search by criteria that are specific to their family's needs. A target zone or area in which they are interested and the type of care needed can be selected. The child care service also allows the employee to add other information such as the age of the child and days and hours that the care is needed. This will narrow the search to provide the options that most closely match the type of care desired by the employee. The employee will be able to print a record with information on each resource.

The Internet referral service puts a database of care options at the fingertips of employees. By entering a secured, company-specific password, the employee is able to easily access this comprehensive information at any time. The format is user-friendly and there are NO LIMITATIONS to the number of times an employee may use the service.

In addition to the comprehensive database of care resources, the Internet site also provides the employees with valuable information on how to choose a care program that will fit their needs. All of the information contained in the education packets is included on the Internet site and can be printed for the employee's reference. The site also provides information on topics such as: Returning to Work after Baby, Childproofing Your Home, Behavior Management, Transition from Office to Home and many more.
