Our Educators

Our educators are early childhood professionals who provide the safe, nurturing environment that every child deserves. They understand early education and create learning environments that stimulate each child's emerging skills in all areas of development: language and literacy, intellectual, social/emotional, and physical.

Our centers are staffed with only the best educators who love and nurture young children. All Children's Choice educators:

• Typically have two or four-year degrees with successful teaching experience.
• Must pass a drug test and a national third party background check that includes a national registry search for any offenses against children.
• Must complete new employee training which includes CPR and first aid, safety and security, and Children's Choice policies and procedures.
• Live and teach Children's Choice Core Values every day - compassion, honesty, integrity, loyalty, dignity, respect, enthusiasm, and niceness – to encourage good character development and foster a healthy self-esteem for our children.
