Ms. McClintock chose the field of Early Childhood Education and has made it her life's work to improve the lives of young children and their families. She has served in a leadership role of early care and education for over 25 years and has been in a senior executive leadership role for the past ten years. At Children's Choice Learning Center, Donna is involved in contract negotiations, center set-up and management, and ensuring maximum client satisfaction. Donna is passionate about mentoring leaders who will remain in the field because ultimately it is about what happens each day between the child and the educator. If we get that right, we have an outstanding company, our children have a fantastic future, our educators feel confident about their performance and our families feel wonderful about their parenting thus allowing them to go to work each day with peace of mind.

Mr. Lawler has more than 25 years of experience in financial management encompassing accounting, audit, control, treasury, SEC reporting, capital raising, risk management, capital analysis and budgeting functions. Dan's early credentials include Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young, Vice President-Finance of MGM Grand Hotel/and as Controller and Auditor at ITT Sheraton Corporation, both at the corporate level and at individual hotel and casino properties. Mr. Lawler joined Children's Choice Learning Centers in 2001 and is involved in contract negotiations and center budgets. Dan also oversees the learning centers' financial health and well-being.

Mr. Wallace started his career in early childhood over 30 years ago as Director of a church-based child care program. Since then, he has served as Executive Director of a non-profit agency, owner-operator of a neighborhood-based child care center, and at the senior management level with 3 national child care companies. Mr. Wallace joined Children's Choice Learning Centers in 2004 to lead the business development efforts in new markets in the U.S. Jack works closely with clients to develop a contract and a program tailored to meet the needs of their employees and the surrounding community. His experience and rich history in the child care industry is valuable to clients and to the strategic planning of Children's Choice Learning Centers.

Ms. Holder received a B.S. in Psychology with a specialty in Early Childhood. She also holds a Masters of Education and is a Licensed Professional Counselor. Lara is a veteran in this field with over 25 years of experience working with children and their families. Her professional career includes non-profit, for-profit, as well as corporate sponsored and community centers. Ms. Holder is an asset to Children's Choice due to extended knowledge of the early care and education field inside and out having had experience as a teacher, director, and regional director. Lara is actively involved in every facet of the center management including new center development and ongoing operations.
